You can use the word “delicious” for two reasons:
- To describe the taste of food (i.e., this brownie is delicious!)
- To describe the taste of what you think is food (i.e., those Tide Pods look delicious!)
This especially applies if you are a yoga instructor or “pelvic floor expert.” You know what you did.
Unfortunately I refer to non-food concepts as delicious and I do not intend on stopping anytime soon. :grimace:
If it helps, I usually lean even harder into the metaphor. I’ll talk about how much I want to eat the concept, how much I want to gnaw on it, really dig into it, etc. This probably makes it worse lmao

I think your full-bodied embrace of the word makes it even better. You are truly making that concept sound delicious.

I will say work drama can be oh so delicious, but all in all just use moist to describe a cake

I did feel a little violated at your use of the word but preceding it with “oh so” did make it a little better
